Winery

The starting point of our wine quality is the vineyard, which has the best raw material of South America. We strive for the utmost expression of each one of our terroirs in the Uco Valley: Los Chacayes, Vista Flores, Los Sauces, and Colonia las Rosas.

Tailor made wines with top-notch technology and investment in our winery of 100,000L allows us to create limited releases of elegant, distinctive wines. We make 100% of wines from our own managed vineyards, using agroecological practices that are in process of organic certification.

Surrounded by an estate of 37 ac, Postales Hotel Boutique combines simplicity and enchantment: 11 exclusive rooms that mix original Architecture of Mendoza, design details, modern comfort, and a cult to good living.

Either in the Winery (lunch) or in the Hotel (dinner), the gastronomy makes its way in our 2 restaurants with a from farm to table proposal, according to the seasons rhythm. DIEGO STORTINI

DIEGO STORTINI. 4^th generation of a traditional grape grower family of the Uco Valley, chronic entrepreneur in the winemaking sector. Throughout 20 years of experience, he has taken part of the most important startups of the Uco Valley. Magister in Business Administration and Corporate Finance, graduated as an accountant, he has developed an extensive professional business career. Today, with the love of his life, he is developing the project that connected them with nature, and the inhabitants of his land, making wines with passion.

Remarkable Professional Background: Administration and Finance Manager of Bodegas y Viñedos O.Fournier between 2005 and 2008; Partner and CFO of The Vines of Mendoza between 2008 and 2017, Founding Partner of Postales Hotel Boutique & Finca del Nunca Jamás in 2012, and current President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Tourism of Tunuyán.

CAROLINE LOOCK

French and adopted by Mendoza for love since 2004. After her experiences in the art world in Paris, she worked as Export Manager of several Argentine wineries between 2004 and 2010, before devoting herself 100% to developing the family business, at the same time that her daughter Tessa was born and growing up. Passionate about gastronomy and wines, member of Slow Food, she adds her global experience and her love for the Uco Valley to her commitment to the challenges of the XXI century for the planet and for women. Graduate in Sciences-Po Paris, MBA ESSEC Business School Paris, with specialization in Sustainable Development.
